when i put in the 3" pulley is it a def. that i will get a CEL ?

I didn't get a CEL at all from the pulley swap...only from the k&n intake every other week.

yea i just dont want to get a CEL and it doesnt go away... so eventually i will get one from the pulley is there anything i can do to get it to go away permanently

I have had a 3 inch pulley for a while now and I have never gotten a CEL from it. I got K&N cel's till I tricked the MAF sensor...

I think some people are using the MAF-T or Mini AFC 2.2 and scaling the MAF 5% to get rid of the CEL associated w/ CAIs (P0171). It's about the only way to completely alleviate the problem at this point. I have an Aeroforce gauge that I use to clear the code whenever it comes on (which is maybe once or twice a month)..so it's no biggie to me personally.
