I want to get my stage 2 put in wihtout my parents knowing so i was thinking of setting up an appointment one day dropping it off and picking it up later with the install and so they would never know...my question is my mom bought the car therefore it is in her name, will this be a problem with the dealership if i dont want my parents knowing im doing this??

Yep, you shouldn't have any problem. I got mine put on without telling my parents. Set up the appointment, handled everything, and haggled my way into saving 200$ from the original quote. I told her though because I pay for the car and everything on it even though its in my dad's name so she cant really say anything.

 

haha, never really thought of it, but never once when I went into a dealership did they ask if it's my car. I'm pretty sure it's just assumed.

 

even tho my parents would killl me if they knew i got a stg 2 im the one paying for the car but my dad did co-sign so im taking it to the dealer on wed without them knowing to get the stage 2 installed lol. i'll ease into telling them one day ha

 

Well...you might have a prob...usually after you get work done the dealer sends a survey in the mail...seeing if you were satisfied with the work...moms gonna get it.

 

just say you took it back because you heard a wierd noise coming from the engine or some b/s

 

All he has to say is i herd some weird noise and decided to take it in and plus it makes him look responsible for doing it on his own

well i do have to take in in for 2 things... windows keep getting like vertical lines of soemthing on them that comes off but always comes back evertime, and my tinting in my back window is kinda bubbly if loooked at in the sun... so i can just say its for that... they wont put anythitgn about stage 2 in the survey right

No all the surveys are right and its good you are having a few things checked out cause if someone asked for some reason just oh well just haveing a few things checked out ALL of the surveys are the same everytime i had something done to mine it was the same survey i just tossed it in the trash

im 19, it wouldnt matter but they bought the care for me so u kno... i mean im paying it off as best i can and im doing good but i dont think ill be able to pay it all
