Will vibrant 3 inch be ok?

Ok, so i exchanged my magnaflow cb for a 3 inch vibrant cat back from modern performance. The damn resonator in the magnaflow went bad for the third time and I decided to try something different. I didnt realize it was a 3 inch(stupid me) till it arrived today. As you can see, my mods dont exactly warrant a 3 inch exhaust. I want to know if a 3 inch will actually be detrimental to the car or does it really not matter? I do like the loud aggressive sound of the vibrant.

You'll just have to get the Vibrant header/dp now.
