I got a Vibrant Header/DP used and the gasket was shot.Anyways I have a new OEM gasket..will it fit?I haven't had the chance to check and won't until tomorrow.

Where? On the rear, yes, between the header/dp no...er...not without probable leaking. Vibrant didn't include a rear gasket so I assume they expect you to use the factory gasket at the head and the catback.
