XTC intake install issues

I'm trying to install my XTC intake and am having a lot of issues. I usualy am pretty good with mechanics stuff which why this seems so bad to me. It seems to me that the piping and connectors are making hte intake too long to fit. Has anyone installed this set up? What order did you put the pipes on? I've tried everything it seems and it just isn't working out for me.

Thanks
Scott

Alright so i trimmed a little off the silicon elbow and it fit much better. I am still having an issue where the two tubes meet. It almost looks like a draw bridge if you know what i mean. I'll have to go back and adjust it later. In the meantime, if you read this XTC people, PLEASE GIVE INSTRUCTIONS WITH YOUR PRODUCT!!!!!!

we are in the process of making manuals for all of our installs. this was brought to our attention.
Like Dan said this has been the first time i have heard of an issue with the fitment of our intake. spacing of the cuplers and spacing of the pipe in cupler needs adjustment.

There are how to's on this board regarding the install. I will try hunting down and having it moved to our vendor section to. If anyone finds it in the meantime please post if you would be so kind.

Thanks

I was quite shocked myself. I have a good deal of experience working on carrs and this definately took me way longer than it should have. I'm sure with some playing around I can get that center coupler to fit right but for the time being it fits and it works. I stil would rather have this kit than most of the others. I like the fact that the stock airbox is utilized.
