yet another stage 2 SS:-)
installed my gm stage 2 today. it was a bitch since i didnt get a pulley removal/install tool so i had to use the hydraulic press for everything. but after getting it all back together the car pulls noticeably harder and the s/c whine is RETARDED!
engine mounts, done.
intake, done.
stage 2, done.
not sure if i want to do any exhaust work yet. this is the first car i owned that i couldnt hear my exhaust note over my engine. such a strange feeling
yet i dont know if i want the stereotypical 4 cylinder exhaust note.
i do know i will eventually want a 2.9" pulley since i tend to get bored quickly

I need to get stage 2 but im so damn broke i should just install it myself sence im a technician at goodyear but i don't want to lose my warranty that has saved my ass mutiple times already... 2 times for the radio. 1 time heated seats and 1 subwoofer. gaahhh decisions decisions.....

^^^word. they wont even look under your hood when doing those kinda repairs. and installing it yourself will not void the warranty. you still have to take it to the dealership for the pcm recalibration, at which point they inspect the install and ok it. they actually classify the recalibration as "warranty work" i had Pace Performance do my reflash and thats what they told me was goin on
i also have the TTR engine mount.
