262whp on a 3"!!!!!!!!! wtf, all you newyorkers with your crazy ass factory freaks. I would be happy to see 260 with my 2.5" pulley. Dont expect 260 with those mods though.
Being realistic, a 3" with a tune, will net you about 240whp to about 245whp with exhaust and intake. those are the numbers that seem to repeat themselves.

it's the truth man... he had my "super stock" tune on though (more timing, higher RPM a little more fuel) but his IDC was like 123% or something at 6800 rpm.. lol...

and **** I put down 241whp stock with airbox mod

im not arguin, it made what it made, thats cool, im not sayin it didnt make it cuz yes that what the dyno reads, i was emplying the numbers may be bloated.... like i said im not arguing, just curious.

but ya a 3.0 will definatley be noticeable.

true man.. it was on a dyno dynamics AWD dyno at www.rippmods.com .. very accurate dyno and dyno's a little lower than a dyno jet... As I said it was probably a one time thing due to perfect conditions.. (@50 degrees and no humidity) and the AFR was a little scary, but no knock.

wow I said dyno 3x's in one sentance lol

it;s not really something I recommend on stock injectors though... We just wanted to see what it could do.. Upgrade to 42's and it'll be a lot safer. as I said his IDC were way up there over 100% and def couldn't keep up with fuel over 6800 rpm. but it was still making power up there.
I do have a tune for stock pulley and injectors though. I ran a 13.9 @103 with that tune.

my 07's stock(jus a cai) and i have pauls "super stock tune", a bolt-on 2v mustang or a g35/350z's i will usally kill all day long. His super stock works awsome. No dyno numbers, but i constantly race my friends trailblazer ss, we were dead even, after pauls super stock tuen i walk away from him by almost 2 1/2-3 uptop now(with a hurting clutch). Darksun's car i didnt see on the dyno but id beleive it, that car ***** me up hardcore.

I have this exact setup and the same tune that Phil was using. HUGE noticable gain. I wasn't really expecting an increase like I got. And the best part, all runs great with no blips or anything and that with redlining at 7200 on the tach and HPT says that when I hit the 7200 the engine is runing 7400. So our tachs are slow but my IDC was 80%. I have the log fils to prove it too. But I love my tune and 3.0! I'm all stock engine wise with magnaflow exhaust and airbox mod

So with the 3" i will need a tune? I'm still trying to find an exact answer. But i don't want to put the pulley on if its going to be harmful to run on the stock injectors. I guess i can always wait and buy 42lbs injectors.

I ran on a 3" pulley completely stock for a while with no problems, but if you want to really open itup I recommend 42lbers to stay safe.

His TQ was kind of shitty only 197 or something i don't remember exactly.... his AFR went up to about 13'2 or so after 6800 since the injectors where way over maxed.

So its safe to run that setup. How long did you run it that way? And what do you consider to be opening it up? And if i just wait and put the pulley on with the 42lbs, who should i have tune the car. I'm limited to my resources where i live. So its either the dealership or finding someone by way of a miracle.

as long as you keep the stock rev limiter you're "safer" but still pushing the injectors further than I like to see... probably had that on the car for 3 weeks @1200 miles or so, til I went ape **** and put every part known to man on the damn thing.

I think i will just play it safe and wait til i get the 42lbs just to be on the safe side. Then i guess i will have the deal tune it.
