ok so long story short, I installed this along with a tvs and 80# injectors, have been through hell and back last few weeks dealing w/ sending unit issues etc.


that's all finally squared away and pcm for the time being has been updated by zzp. but when I turn my key on sounds like when fuel pumps pressurizing systm that air is being sucked in by the fuel pump then after 4-5 sec sounds as it should.
then when trying to actually drive the car when I try and give it some throttle car feels restricted like cant get air,...boost goes up to about 18psi but car goes no where. then after letting off throttle car seems to almost want to stall, then adding even the slightest bit of throttle makes the car sound and feel like its flooded or something of that nature, even letting off a hiccup type back fire........


anyone with experience with this topic input is appreciated, ill post my terrible pic diagram of how ive got the brfps hooked up. being there is no info anywhere or diagrams in existence I think ive got it hooked up right but who the hell knows at this point.

What's your plug gap? It needs to be small. By your description, are you thinking the fuel is aerated? Run the return into a bucket and look for air if so.

The cheap little fuel pressure gauges that get plumbed in right before the fuel rail should be on your car. Not an option in my opinion especially with the extra piece parts you added. Sorry if that insulted your intelligence and you know the pressure is right.

whats your wideband showing? you have one, right? thats pretty much a must with your setup.

Mod list below, but yes I have a fuel pressure gauge on the rail that reads between 38-42 @. Idle.....
Wideband reads halfway decent, 14.2-14.8 under normal throttle and idle conditions,
Plugs are ngk iridium ix's 1 step colder gapped @ .035
Thinking maybe got bad gas? Running Sunoco gt 260 plus 104 octane ATM
Tried some dry gas and filled tank rest of the way w/ 93 pump gas last night and seems to be coming around, but stikl sometimes after accelerating under boost will start misfiring now?

Air bubble sound is coming from regulator when ignition turned on,....possibly have brfps routed wrong? Dfk
