it would be pointless...... as the supercharger just spools the turbo, ur tvs would be useless

just go tvs, trust me

Just go turbo if you want power. Go with Hahn if you want a simple bolt on kit. Tvs is not good for much more then 300whp any more then that and your just pushin real hard. It just takes too much power to spin the tvs on a 4 banger. So much wasted energy is going into that blower. Twincharge is just a waste. I was a big fan of the TVS and was going to get one untill i woke up.

I think that twincharged is just so badass. I dont know what kinda power the TVS can get, but Twincharged is just so much more unique and will definitly yield just as much power. You dont see a whole lot of twin charged cars that can offer you a supercharged whine as well as a turbo blow off. That to me is just so worth it. Plus the thing will definitly be as fast as the TVS from the numbers their showing.

you probably wont even hear whine over the spool of the turbo. lol. and remember just because it unique doesnt mean its good. haha

Twincharged is pointless, choose one or the other, not mediocre components of both

The real choice here should be TVS for 2500 or so with all the crap you need or Hahn which is even more power for about 5000 with all the crap you need.

do you want 300hp or 450hp, thats the choice

or you can go all out like the other guy and spend all your savings to have the car run like crap.

be careful i might get butthurt

lol stage 2 you probobly would for like a split second before the jet engine sound appears

But I think twincharge would be badass IMO because it is something different and the dyno numbers there showing for it look pretty impressive. Its essentially just a turbo swap but keeping the supercharger for instant tq causing your turbo to spool faster. Then it blocks off the supercharger so it doesnt put so much strain on the engine and your running off the turbo for better efficiency. And you now have 2 intercoolers.

Personally I would go that route. Then when poeple say is that thing supercharged or turbocharged you can say both lmao. They wouldnt be expecting that

Wow lots of tvs lovers.. If you haven't stood next to a twincharged ecotec while it was under full boost you don't know what your missing the whine and woosh its just sick. And also so the is no confusion the zzp twincharge kit does NOT use a larger than stock pulley it uses stock. If you want to jump on the tvs bandwagon go for it is just another supercharged four banger. But if you want something unique with lots of power and a blast to drive go twincharged. And just for a little more info the kit can be tamed to slightly under 400 at about 370 to 380 @ 18.5 to 19 psi. but with a simple turn of a knob with in reason it goes from mild to wild. Just remember haters will hate cause its their job, twincharge all the way!

y does unique keep coming up? this isnt some exterior mod its an engine mod! the kit isnt very reliable nor does it seem to be something that will last long.
the twin charge is very expensive to install the tvs is only 2500ish and prolly no more than 700-800 to install and tune.

the cars i work on week to week. 400hp isn't anything. yes it's fun, but trying to compare it to other cars, and saying "we don't know what we're missing" is a more or less dumb statement.

for ultimate power. the twincharge is not the way to go.

...how about twin TURBO

How much power does the TVS put out? it can put out over 350? I just didnt think a small supercharger like that could put out more then a turbo or be more efficient. I know im obviously wrong just hoping some1 will reply to this and tell me what the TVS is all about cause im just curious

You have to remember, its only going to whine for about.. a Second, tops...

Twin Charging is basically just putting a turbo on your car... The supercharger, in this case, does NOTHING past the turbo's spool point...

Its either one, or the other...

You know your right Mr. J.B.A., 400 horse isn't that much Considering my stepfather and i built and own a 1800 horse procharged small block alcohol sand dragster i know what real horse power is. I was simply stating that the TWINCHARGED kit is definitally impressive and makes good power. Dick.
