also on whether or not you want to buy NB Shafts. Neutral balance shafts are all for high RPM, and you should get valves first to attain high RPMs and then camshafts and maybe even a port job so that you can notice gains. I can rev close to 8000 rpm, but I feel nothing in gains above 7k because my cams won't allow enough air and my M62 just heats up.

i just did the delete bushings; bought some used zzp shafts and they looked awful so didn't wanna risk it

If they do not have the oil groove in the bearing mate surface, I would replace them and save yourself a potential headache, I only put about 1500 miles on mine in the last 7 mo, purchased my set early 2011. ZZP will replace them for you, or credit you for the purchase price.
