So I did do a search, and looked through all the threads on "add cruise control" but there are no definite answers. Some people say dealerships can do it, some refuse. Theres some questions as to the harness setup in the steering wheel, and in terms of the PCM or BCM, possibly a reflash.

Here's my questions,

For those of you, is the steering wheel harness in the 07+ cobalts all the same? so being that way I wouldn't have to rip one out of a junker at the lot?

I have an LS, and its only got 2 DIC buttons (info and the enter key symbol one) and I want to add the cruise control and radio control (once again from a junker) since they won't cost me that much for them and the plastic bezels for them - should they just plug and play on my LS cobalt?

Any definite, hardproof answers? Anyone done this?
