2.2 dual exhaust
So just tossing in a Y splitter and some extra piping is going to HURT your car. Can't be too much though, but if you're going to turbo it like you said in your original post- you're going to be running ALOT more through the pipes. I'd just run the pipes straight as hell, and not worry about the visuals.

1. Weight - Adding larger piping and at the same time MORE piping will increase the weight of the vehicle. The more weight a vehicle has, effectively, the harder the engine has to work to move the vehicle.

the other option is to just hang the muffler and tip back there. inother words, have one actual muffler, and the other just kinda "sit" there, if you are that worried about the performance.
