2.2 ecu

Hello has anyone cracked the l61 ecm to accept boost yet?
Also if not what is a good universal ecm to start with? I wanna turbo my car.
I've been stonewalled due to gm lockin their ecms up tight
It's an 09 l61 from an HHR

I may be wrong since I have an LNF, but from what I can see on ZZP's site as long as it's 2007+ it should be tuneable.


Edit: You may need to look further than just the link I sent, that PCM is sold for their in house boost setup but I'm sure they can give you better info.

There’s no such thing as an 09 l61. 2005-2006 is the gen 1 l61 and 2007-2008 is gen 2 l61. The 09 and 2010 is the LAP
