What is everyone thoughts on this? Does it sound good? Any complaints? Anyone have pics of the rear with the 4.5in tip?

Yea i have a 4.5 tip its low at cruze but when your doin 105 at wot theres nothing low about it i love it. It looks like a weird shape cylinder not can like

sounds ****.

downshifting and engine compression braking gives some damn nice gargles mixed with a lil bit of pops @ around 4000 and 2000 rpm's.

since getting the exhaust i've gotten many compliments about it sounding really good and not having the normal rasp expected from a 4 banger.

either way, sounds better than 95% of the exhausts available for the eco.

 

Might want to remove the "not" lol.

Got it on last night and it sounds great. I cant wait for it to stop snowing so I can get a nice WOT pull. Im impressed as how great it sounds.

only complaint is that it hangs low in the middle and the tip doesnt line up to my bumper cut out

Yeah thats what I did to. I didnt even listen to it with it in lol. That was the first thing I did was take the silencer out haha

Mine sits like perfect. It just slightly rubs against the bumper on mine.

 

I had this exhaust also, and I would suggest you get longer hangers for the muffler or you'll burn your bumper bad trust me it happend to me.

 

Well it already has a little bit but I am going to file the bumped down a bit tomorrow

 

mine hit the bumper too

so i got lower hangers, and thats why it wont sit right

but its not that bad

 

Yeah Ill just file or sand down the bumper a bit then touch it up.

 

Removed it, If any of you are near me and want to trade rear sections lmk, mine hangs too low.

 

Out with the silencer, it sounds like sex... I just wish it didn't hang so low at the curve. But there's no way to fix that. That I can find at least. It's not TOO noticeable I guess...

 

are we all talking about where it hangs right before the rear wheels/ axle?

if you look closely at most cobalts with exhausts its all hanging low. mine hangs low with my 2.5" corsa.
