2.2L Spark Plugs

Just woindering what the best gap and the best plug for a 2.2l would be with my mods mods are in sig....plz share thoughts.

You don't need any unless you plan on doing some serious mods. Stock is fine for now.

OEM AC Delco plugs gapped at 0.040" will be fine.

is 0.040 teh best gap to use with any aftermarket plug, NGK, Autolite, etc?

Depends on your setup. But for a 2.2 with just bolt-ons, 0.040 will be the gap to use.

How About for a stock 2.2 will the same gap be fine

yep, pretty much all the same unless you are starting to run some serious hp or change up some ignition parts

Bosch Platinum +4 plugs rock. Either get those or the new IR fusion bosch plugs.

i kinda like the stock plugs and they ain't bad on the juice either. i changed out for the ngk 2 step colder and hated the power reduction on pump gas so i swapped back. changed out the stockers once and they looked like damn near new. only reason i changed em is cause one got over torqued and cracked on me. stocks iradium ftw!

Well, I have heard that Bosch plugs don't last...I am actually running pulse plugs in mine....check em' out at

www.pulstarplug.com

they have increased the response time and efficiency of my cobalt....but a bit pricy
