2.2l turbo build

ok guys... my custom turbo is on its way 2day! heres wat i get...

turbonetics t3/t4 turbo
ecotec turbo mani
custom dp from the turbo
#32 injectors with harness
intercooler and piping
hks ssqv bov
oil feed and return lines
boost gauge
oil press. gauge

am i missing nething else that would b vital 2 this build??? thanx

Innovate DB1 gauge
Tune from clearimageautomitve aka vince


that was taken from my build list it included everything needed for a 16g setup, everything down to the smallest thing

your missing a wideband, a datalogger, a boos gauge..and a adapter for the MAF i reccomend a ebay intake for that

Just be good on it and it will hold for some time. I was always good to my clutch from the beginning and once i went turbo, it never slipped.

u need bigger injectors....trust me i know....at least 42s or just get some 60s like i did

i have a wideband, and i am fixing 2 get a boost guage and oil press. gauge by next pay check... and possibly head studs and a cosmetic head gasket 2...

i have an auto... i wont need cams unless i am makin over 400hp... same for the pistons and rods but i may go with the pistons and rods l8r on just 2 b safe

if you break 220whp u will need new internals regardless of ur transmission. just keep the boost low and tune it right. u will love the power. just be safe anzd be nice to ur clutch and tranny and they will hold up just fine.

You know im not being exact but going by the build book id say is the safest bet. and it says 250, so 220whp is ~250bhp. Make sense?

boost controller is optional...but it doesnt hurt to have one

a wideband is a must!!!
oil catch can...no you dont really need one

sorry man no hptuners software for us 2.2 guys...your best bet is to get trifecta performance tuning or get a piggy back such as the aem f/ic.....good luck

aww no way.... dam that sux... are u sure? the guy i am buyin the turbo from tuned his with hptuners.... but it maybe because the car... the turbo was orginally on a 2005 pontiac sunfire 2.2l, and he had an auto... but idk if the computers r diff. from them
