2005 2.2L HHR question

My moms HHR has no power compared to when she bought it. can the dealer do a reflash or should i get it tuned?

do a tune up, plugs, fuel filter check everything first. If all fails maybe the engine itself has a problem. Could be anything really. even tranny, maybe if you could be more specific on the problem.

it is very sluggish as in 0-60 was about 8 sec and now it is like 12-15sec
