4 lug to 5 lug conversion

ok ive been pondering on this and if any one can shed some light on this but has any one done a 4 lug to 5 lug conversion on their lt bolt because i have done it before but on a skyline and i think its the same. the 5 lug rotors are coming from a ss bolt.

I have done it on a 5th gen Accord so my boy could rock RSX wheels. Generally the same principle, you will need rotors, hubs, ect and your rear end will need to be converted to disc if youre like me and have rear drums.
