60lb injector help

are there some 60lb injectors that are shorter then stocks? for some reason my injectors keeps coming unseated and causes sputtering. i had my injectors flow matched a couple months ago and everything were absolutely perfect so thats not the problem

I had this happen once. thought i blew the motor. Have you tried replacing the seat o-rings? i did that and havent had a problem since.

actually i got them from work lol. they wernt exact they were actually a little thicker so it made them seal really nicely

oh also, are you putting the seats into the head, then the injectors into the seat?

ahh i see what ur doing. heres how i put my injectors in. I put the seats on the injectors. then put the rail in. otherwise i notice that the seats went to the bottom and the injectors never went into the seats.

charge piping no i dont. make sure the spring in the boost controller didnt compress i had that issue once.

i tried puttin them on the injectors first then stickin the injectors in but they didnt seat correctly. only temp way to keep them in is to install the seats first. im not sure what brand these injectors are, i think seimens

Buy the ones labeled for the 2.4. They will connect directly to your injector harness and will be the proper length.

The size of the injectors isnt going to effect how rich or lean you run(Only if you can't supply the amount of fuel you need for the airflow coming in). Its the tune. If you want larger injectors incase you plan on going with more power later, you just tune for that.
