2.2L/ how loud is it? manual trany

 

Ive got a magnaflow cat back from mandrel exhaust systems. Its fairly loud but thats because it has no resonator.

 

did you cut the resonator out or did it come that way?

 

go to the web site www.mandrelexhaustsystems.com

you can choose what size tubing, type of tubing, resonator/no resonator, and muffler/no muffler

they will weld resonator in
the rest is bolt on for ez installation
comes with clamps, gasket, and bolts.

theyre loud, i had it on my cavalier. 2.2 same motor, with a header, high flow cat, thing was loud.

 

It is not loud at all. No vidz, sorry.

 

Mine is decently loud. I will get a quick vid of it today between classes or something.

i has the corsa sport. THATS loud.

 

If your worried about too loud Get the Clearimage Catback it uses magnaflow mufflers and resonators but "ISNT LOUD".

yeah i've seen yours on youtube...magnaflow has you on their site too. you live in cali....is that a manual tranny? cops ever f**k with you?

 

Ive heard from many people that magnaflow for our car is shitty.
Modern Performance doesnt even sell it anymore because of the issues.
Keep that in mind

Those the same people that told you it is ok to jump out a plane with out a parachute. There is nothing wrong with this exhaust.

 

my mandral bent catback from clear image uses a magnaflow resonator and muffler so kinda
and mine is loud, but thats cause its 3" and i have no cat on the downpipe

now this is what i would go with hands down

 

i have a magnaflow cat back on my 2.0 sc and imo its the best sounding exhaust hands down when you get on it, it can be loud but overall its not bad, its not a raspy loud, its a good crisp echo
