So ya i was on the way home and was ******* around with a civic and mustang on the highway and just havin fun, so i exit and turn on my road and notice that my exaust sounds like boo boo and im like wtf so i pull of pop the hood and look for the leak. I blew the **** out of the gasket that is between the header and the down pipe, so now i have to spend my day off fixing that tommarow. My question is does this happen often with the vibrent header and dp.

 

Never heard of anyone blowing an exhaust gasket, especially on a NA car. I first thought you meant head gasket.

Did you reuse your old gaskets when you installed the header/dp?

 

nope brand new gasket, ill post a picture of it when im done fixing it
