CA V1 header on 2005 HELP PLEASE!!!!
Has anyone tried to install the CA header on their car? I cant get mine to fit because of (what i think is) the thermostat housing/lines that come off it. The flywheel side has an assembly that i cannot get it over. Can anyone help?

i got the v1 and all i had to do is bend the tab on the water pipe on the back and simply grabed it and turned it till it no longer hit the header, i also had to cut off both lower corners in order to get it to fit on my 07. well worth saving the 100 difference between the v1 and v2 imo
hey 409cobalt07 you have some nice mods, u dont see whyu would be running flat 16, i ran a 15.9 on my warm up runs, and got 15.7@best...i only full lsj exhaust, ttr tran mounts, and a cai, you have a header, ad the ss mani, u should be running quicker than that..sorry i know iits off topic, just though it weird

i ran a 15.7 stock, from factory
THE 2006 AND NEWER LINES ARE DIFFERENT THAN 2005, THATS WHY IT WONT WORK FOR ME... MAYBE I SHOULD RETURN IT AND GET MY MONEY BACK OR CREDIT FOR OTHER ITEMS?
did you have a problem with that line i have circled?

i figured the V2 for "header without sai"... well i didnt know if that meant a 2.2 with it that will delete sai so i didnt want to buy it. im gonna try to get the v2 now but my 05 pipe is different than that picture pipe. it has a big thing that bolts onto it right below the last cylinder on the fly side. 05s are different than the others.... ppl need to realize this b4 sayin anything else bout denting **** or fitment
