CAI Poll

Ok so I would like to know who has what kind of intakes on their car, whos sounds and performs the best, and idealy which ones fit an SAI. I am really debating between K&N typhoon and Injen. Has anyone had both of these? If so which do you like better?

I know you have an Ls but I have a K&N on my SS/SC, I had the Injen on my LS I had before this one, I liked it because you could convert it from CAI to SRI, they are all good!

yeah i do like that feature. plus K&N does provide for the 2.2 SAI. I do not know if the others do yet

I've had injen and fujita> got rid of the injen , because i liked the way the fujita sounds, it made the supercharger whine louder and i haven't had any CEL, but on a LS there all good intakes, just my 2 cents

I don't know if F5 Fujita makes an intake for the 2.2s or not... they are really pricey, but are a really good brand! I had really good luck with my Injen, and I have had nothing but good things to say about my K&N Now, soooo it's really your call! I just went after which of the good brands I could get for the best price and that is what I bought!

Fujita all the way..loudest one and best sounding..but also the most for price wise..still an excellent choice.

I'm assuming that the "other" intake most people have installed is the AEM. I don't see why you don't have it listed. It is the best (since they redesigned it!) AEM FTMFW!

people are going to tell you the one they have is the best. there is no "best". but as far as i know theres' only 1 with the sai hookups. unless you custom fab something.

ok guys i looked a few times for a link to edit the poll but i can't find anything. if there is one let me know and i will change it. sorry for not including the AEM, airbox mod, and GMPP. i am just really tryin to find out which intake i can use tho for the best performance without having to do a buttload of mods just to try and not be throwing CELs constantly. so again thank you for your imput
