Car wont start. 2.2 sc

It cranks but no dice. battery is low so thats probably it, but i tried to jump it and push start it. push starting it worked twice but i couldn't keep it on because there's an exhaust leak i think and it was obnoxiously loud. The second time i got it started i took it around the block but it revved on its own when i took it out of gear (as if cruise was on). I know dialing in the tune will fix most of this but i cant even get it into a dataloggable state.

Sorry for the block of text but yeah any advice will be appreciated.
and i scanned for codes and they were o2 sensor malfunctions. but nothing else.

ps. when i took it around the block, it was raspy, loud, obnoxious, revved on its own, and ****** sucked. as i was coming back to my house, a group of highschoolers were walking around and one said "ricer" and i'm like "its an exhaust leak you *******. learn about cars" i mean i dont know everything obviously but thats just a douche move.

Where is the exhaust leak? And revving on its own? Are you sure the throttle body don't have something wrong with it?

the leak is at the head but not sure where exactly it is coming out from.
and im pretty sure the tb is good but we'll see tomorrow when i can get it charged so i can get legitimate troubleshooting in

Could have an air leak on the intake side not enough of one when under load. How high was the rev?

it idles at like 1800, and then whenever i shift out of a gear, the rmps climb to about 3-4k then falls back down to 1800. A couple of times it will just go to full revs like 7+k in neutral and stay there and i have to shut the car off.

the Vaccum is at 20 i think. I was able to get boost occasionally but not much. usually <9psi with a 2.9 pulley. I think the exhaust leak is from having an l61 sai gasket on my lsj header. just ordered a new lsj one so that problem will probably be fixed.

the updated tune will most likely take care of most of these things but that has to wait till at least tuesday

i feel your pain.
i need to find another tuner. shop who tuned me dont knoe a thing well they do just not for cobalts.
my car drives fine and stuff. the rev limiter is still at 4000. when i start the car i can rev fine. but once i put it into drive than say put it back in Park Reverse or Neutral throttle is reduced to 42% (what they say the percetage is)
it revs verry slow. they told me its NOT my tune.
i sent my tune to Chevycobaltss3 and he looked at it. i trust james alot with tuning because he already found stuff that would cause this. he revised my tune but he wants to see my stock NA tune before i flash his onto my car.
im waiting for the stock tune because the shop said my buddys ss/tc blew up their laptop and interface.

im just anoyed at them bc they said they posted on"nemorous" forums and sent my tune to "a few tuners" and the thing is they havent called me once about it.

im really agrivated because i dont even want them to do anymore tuning. idk if they would reflash me for free.
and even if it takesa few tweaks and sending back and forth of my tune to fix my problem i just feel they would keep bashing and saying **** to me like oh told you its not in the tune blah blah blah. my local friend has HP but hes going back to college soon. was really looking for a member on here who could work with me and ccss3 on fixin this but idont know.
