i gotta l61 and its totally catless now. i keep throwing a code for the cat. has anyone done this and ran into the same problem?? are there anyways to bypass this so it wont keep throwing a code?

nope it accually sounds better... Im sure better then urs, dousch.
and just for the record i gotta ask, wat the eff were u thinking wen u put that hiddious body kit on there?? fast and the furious maybe?? how much hp did you get from that?? atleast 80 whp i sure.

But Since I am a nice guy heres the answer even though your a dick.
Do a search and see if you can find an O2 emulator harness.
You can buy a spark plug antifouler and install your O2 sensor in that(the code may come back, just not as soon)
You could get yourself a tune and have the P0420 turned into a non-reporting code, this will cure your problem.
Or you could stop being a tool and ruining the environment and just install a highflow cat.
