Post Checklist of upgrades

Ive got a new air intake, now my order of stuff will be
1. 2.4 intake manifold
2.headers
3.2.5in downpipe
4. Cat back magnaflow exhaust 2.5in
5.2.4 throttle body
6. Tune

Does this order seem legit any advice or switches recommended? Also if you wanna input what i should pay max for each part, there wont be any harm done : )

exhaust/downpipe same as a header
2.4 $250 new gm parts direct
tune $300

Skip to LSJ TB instead of 2.4.

Otherwise list looks good.

You have 6 or 8 pin connector for you TB?

You would need the adapter plate from ZZP which comes with a rewire connection if you have 8 pin connection already

Yeah put that on instead of the 2.4, tune for the LSJ instead of the 2.4. BAM! Conversion complete

This is what a comparison looks like 2.2 vs LSJ TBs

Because the 2.0 is boosted which means it needs a lot more air to flow into the engine

**** I spent $70 on my 2.4 Throttle Body on ebay. I spent $100 on the 2.4 intake manifold, $100 on a used catted ZZP downpipe, BadMab header was $190 and a local exhaust shop quoted $300 for an exhaust with a Magnaflow muffler.

I don't think an LSJ throttle body is necessary. Plus his intake will not fit the LSJ throttle body. The 2.4 and 2.2 have the same diameter inlet so he can recycle the intake.

All you need is a 3" 90 coupler
