I no longer have my cobalt, but I took the CAI out before trading it in. Someone wants to buy the intake from me for his 2002 pontiac sunfire with a 2.2L ecotec.same engine... any idea if the MAF is the same and will fit in the slot? thanks.

 

only one sure way to know, try

 

Intakes on the cav/sunfires go towards the driver side, the cobalt goes towards the passenger side. Simple answer it wont fit, and there is no way to get it to fit. Only fits a cobalt.
