You don't have to run dual exhasut on the RK Sport Kit. Just save your self some time and money and pick up a dummy outlet for the left side. One of the cobalts around where I live has the RK Sport Kit with the GMPP performance exhaust, and uses the same two tips in the two outlets.

If i were you i would save my money and get H-pipes... that will give you back pressure between the pipes to give you a deeper sounding exhaust plus you will get a fully functioning dual exhaust and a few more HP.

Just listened to the sound clip. Awful......sounds like a lawnmower without a muffler. Sorry guys..... Just My Opinion. I'm not a big fan of aftmkt exhaust systems on 4 cyl cars, they all sound like ****!

H pipes? sorry for bein a noob but i dont know what that is! id love to run duals but since i heard of the backpressure issue im not sure anymore... id love an explanation

H pipes is exactly what is says.. it makes the two pipes come together in an H but i dont think there is any way to get that setup under a balt though.. its made for v8 cars and trucks to equal out the back pressure.

i have dual exhaust on my rksports lip kit. i have no mufflers running straight pipe and it sounds pretty decent. i got pics and video of it
