Cause it sounds cool. I gotta say I'm a sucker for the JBP vortex header sound, but I think I will be going with a more conventional setup with my header.

yeah i bought the headers new but when they were having that promotion on them when they were $350 just happy to have them in im gonna make a video friday cause its suppose to rain and the new said friday was gonna be nice so it will be up soon just to give a heads up its the JBP headers with a 2.5" down pipe custom exhaust with a magnaflow high flow cat and a magnaflow race series muffler.

Agreed. Well, not really too big for a 2.2L engine altogether (gotta figure the SS/SC's are only 2.0L), but too large for an L61 considering the amount of power they make. IMO, an L61/LAP/LE5 needs no larger than a 2.5" collector/exhaust piping on an N/A setup. Should one add boost, only then would I look into larger (2.75"+) exhaust components.

i have a 2.2 and it sounds like a beast its crazy i dont know the gains yet but i bought them when they had that crazy sale for 300 it is a pain putting them in i had to drop the axle on the drivers side and then it took me a while to take the studs out but after that it was not to bad. so for anybody who owns a 2.2 im letting you know it fit my car cause jbp didnt know at all, so im not getting any recognition from them but i have to let people with 2.2L know

How is it that you suddenly quadrupled your working schedule? Dude...it takes all of 10 minutes to make a video and post it online so people can hear it.
We don't need a feature-length 1080p THX sound quality masterpiece with a story line that would make shakespeare get misty.
