(little spider just chillen)
so far this is what i have got for the build
i need help on where to go next im not sure what items i still need im not looking to push 250 hp i do plan on beefing up the motor later on down the road. but for the time being ive always wanted a turbo and theres nothing better then being able to say you built one.
So if anyone can come up with some sort of list that i can go off of that would really help me out.

i do plan on using the stock intake mani, if anyone is curious upgrades can come later.
thanks

Wideband, boost gauges. A tuner, gauge pillar. Intake. All on top of what Jonathon said

If your are going for 250hp then I would start working building right after you do the turbo build. The L61 isnt a very strong engine at all. Also good luck with the tune. Trifecta is the only tuner for the L61 and I have heard of some real problems with them tuning it. If I am not mistaken, a few months ago someone on here supercharged their L61 and when trifecta tried tuning it their were having problems so they just gave up on it and he ended removing the s/c and selling it after all the hard work he put into it.

People need to get their facts straight. Trifecta is the only way to tune for 05-06 l61. 07+ is hpt compatible

Ya my bad. I'm so use to people with 2006s asking about forced induction on their car that I completely skipped over the fact that the OP said she had a 2008.

There is an ebay setup from CXracing i beleive that has an intercooler and the charge pipes for the hot side. im pretty sure EVERY 2.2 gone turbo has had to custom fab their cool side for the charge piping.

i got the cxrqacing hotside for mine (turbo to intercooler) email them and yyou can buy just that pipe. it comes with a bov flange. cold side you will have to custom fab. i imitated zzp's. i used an mpx intercooler for the lnf fits pretty good. injectors are your own choice. i got 80's but am going bigger turbo now that im built. i usggest doing a compression test before just to see. these rods are skinny as hell TRUST me.

Hotside = Turbo to Intercooler, since the intake air is hot from being compressed by the turbo.
Coldside = Intercooler to engine, since the intake air then got cooled by going through the Intercooler.
