they're from wheelmax.com the centercap says "verde"

 

paint that craptastic plastic black and clear coat it. would go nice with those wheels.

Ahh, the sidewall is what is throwing me off.

 

well idk what the first two numbers mean anyway lol *fail*

 

first number is millimeters in width and the second is the percentage of width which measures the side walls.

 

so basically the lower the second number means the small the sidewall?
