First Turbo Sedan 2.2L - PICS and VIDS

I have finally finshed my turbo build. I currently own a 2005 Chevy cobalt 2.2L sedan. I recently ordered the Garrett Alpha Turbo kit for the 2.2L Manual cobalt with the L61 ECU. Ordered this kit through Hahn Racecraft a support vendor on this site who shipped me the kit within 7 days. First glace of this kit, it was well put together. Everything that was included in this kit was perfect. I had a local ship SMGAutosports.com down in Mass. Install this kit which took them 3 days to complete. Everything with this kit fit perfect and we had no clearance or fitment issues at all. This is truly a complete kit as everything was included. Tuning was also included which came from the SCT live wire hand held unit with a pre-flash included. This unit can also clear codes, read codes, reflash your computer back to your stock tune. Over all i rate this kit a 9/10. The tune could be a tad bit better but for what it cost, this is a very well put together kit from a very well known company which is garrett.

Here is the before and after dynos which were put on one graph. The red is stock and blue is turbo.

Dyno Graph Before and After overlay:

Here are the install pics taken by fred the owner of SMGAutosports.com

Here are the dyno vids

Vids:
------
Before Dyno - http://youtube.com/watch?v=D-DLS4Kw1ps
After Dyno - http://youtube.com/watch?v=-y5h3FziIhQ

I dynoed at 201WHP and 225TQ. Fred told me once i get a new clutch in that dosent slip, i should be a bit higher maybe 210ish!.

The Cons:
------------
- My idle is a bit weird, goes from 500-1200 sometimes when i come to complete stop, hasnt stalled on me yet but its very close. I am going to email hahn and see if there is possibly a updated tune or a fix for such issue.
- Cant use my strut bar as piping gets in the way.

The Pros
-----------
- Everything, This kit will put a smile on your face for awhile.
- Spools very fast
- Everything fits, no modifcations required.
- The canned tune seems very reliable
- Looks very good under the hood.

Special Thanks to Hahn Racecraft for selling me this kit for a good price. They know there stuff. Another thanks to SMG Autosports (SMGAutosports.com) down in mass. Fred the owner is a great and knows tons about the cobalts. IF you need anything done to your car, this is the place to be at. Nice shop and a very honest guy. Also thanks to OutLaw dyno for allowing me to dyno my car there for a nice price as well!

I just turboed my Cavalier and I felt the same way, lol.

Congrats on it. Stoich is 14.7:1, so that's about normal. What did you dyno?

whoa...some weird A/F comments in here.....

14.7 is STOICH, and what your car should run in cruising, or light/medium throttle

those fluctuations are quite normal, though they can be tightened up with work on the maf table...mine hovers between 14.5-15.0

when you mat it, is when your A/Fs should richen up, and run somewhere below 12.5.
in the 11s is usually a nice safe place to be for boosted car

For cruze it is close. A little lean on the cruze (15.2) is actually a good thing as long as you are back down around 14.xx under load. PE should kick in around mid 12s and redline at mid to low 11s.
