well exactly what the title says. I have recently turbod my slowbalt after then i took it for a drive to make sure everything was ok... well i had parked it for a month or so do to wheather i come back to drive when the streets clear up and i start to realize my gas is going backwords lol any ideas why or how to fix this problem i have tried battery i checked fuses i dont know what could be wrong? lol sounds stupid but tis true lol

 

Probably something with the Trifecta tune. I remember a guy who used to go to the CT meets had bought the stage 3 computer but it was for the wrong year and so all the gauges were backwards. That makes me think that all that is needed is a simple fix in the computer.

BTW, have you dynoed yet?

 

no i have notdynod yet well i talked to vince from trifect he said it should go back to normal after i unhook the battery didnt succeed what so ever i left that thing undone for 2 days i think and when i sent the parameters from the tune he said everything looked completely normal the only difference was the air amount do to how dense it is here in north dakota i get mass air flow he said it was off the charts lol

all the other gauges actually work perfect i dont know what the deal is do u think it would have to do with the ecu or do you think its just the gas gauge in the cluster i mean cuz when we put the tune on the cluster was doing some wierd stuff lol back and faorth all kinds of lighting look like some wierd alien thing goin on lmao

My gauges are messed up too. Half a tank is full and a full tank is empty lol Thats what i get for not being careful changing the color.

out of curiosity, does the fuel light turn on after a fill up since the gauge reads zero?

 

on my car the fuel light is off unless Im on empty Aka full

 

lmao yes when my car is completely full it says low fuel and when im empty it doesnt do nething cuz its on full i dont know i get a kick out of it, and the miles actually go up of how much fuel i have say i have 50 miles left on a tank of gas as i use it, it goes up 51 52 etc its commical im like ahh lol

I have the same problem with my lsj. I had a mail order tune and it was backwards. I had someone try and fix it with hp tuners but couldn't. Might have to get a new pcm. Im not exactly sure but im just gonna live with it for now. Its accurate but backwards.

Yes it has to do with a tune. I believe ZZP had the problem with their mail order tunes. Might try sending them a PM

this is what happens when someone flashes the wrong OS to the ecm. maybe if someone was a competent enough tuner they would know this.
