I got mine on this weekend but i was wondering what is with the 02 sensor hole in the side of it.
do ss/sc have 02 sensors in the header? and what should i use to plug it with cuz i have a coarse thread bolt in it right now and have a nasty exhaust leak .

I had the same problem with mine. i took everything off and then there was this hole right where the manifold collects that is not on the OEM manifold. and i tried to think and the only thing i could think of is that i would have to put some sort of pipe plug in it and leave my O2 sonsors where they are. only problem is i was doing this during one of my morning classes and had no way to get to the store to pick one up. so i put the old one back on and have yet to try and get the GMPP mani on again.

also i was looking at the inside of the mani and was wondering if it was even worth the trouble( and money, $250) of putting on my 07. it doesnt look much diferent than the one that i already have. so i am stil keeping the thing in my trunk for now.... till i sell it to one of my buddies with an SS or just give up and go ahead and install it.

 

ya thats wat i thought too. especially after i put it on. it didnt feel too different...
although i can fell a bit more torque at higher rpms. thanks man helps a lot haha
