Get an AEM Dryflow filter lol...I think those are bit better then K&N since they are not pre-oiled and you can just wash them in a tub of water without the need of any special cleaners.

AEM sells them on their website...im not sure how to get one for non AEM products but im sure if you know a the dimensions on your intake you could find one that fits..and if u just want to clean your Injen filter just go to your local auto parts store and pick up a K&N cleaning/oiling kit they are not really expensive and you should be able to use on your Injen filter. I used to use that stuff on my non dryflow AEM filter and it worked perfect and only takes about 10 minutes.
But if anyone has part numbers for AEM drylow filters that fit the Injen and/or K&N intakes they would be much appredciated b/c im getting my K&N soon and want a dryflow for it.
