Nope. They do nothing of the sort.

Jesus de Christo. That first response is uncalled for.

All that they do is cool the engine bay down. That's it.

ill sell it. looking for 520 shipped... has about 7k miles on it, perfect condition.... but it does have a wideband bung so u would either need to 1) get it welded shut 2) buy a wideband guage 3) buy a bung to close it

1. The fan doesn't add fuel.
2. The fan doesn't add air (into the engine).

To make more horsepower, you need one or preferably both of these. It's not rocket science.

In a car/truck that has a belt driven fan off of the motor you can free up some extra horsepower by switching to an electric fan... Our cars already have electric fans so the point is moot...

maybe hes thinking if u change the blades to a blade that moves more air or advanced the time that it kicks in to keep the engine cooler. then you may see small gains in each

other than that hes probably thinking of flex-lite fans for belt driven or clutch fans

sometimes you can find a fan to replace the stock one that is capable of flowing more air in to the engine bay than others, thus keeping your car cooler, i doubt it will make a noticeable diffrence though

high compression pistons and increasing ignition timing dont add fuel or air....lol
