If you "think" its time for toys check out the Supporting Vendors section.

Modern Performance is good along with some other companies in there...

Sorry, but I have to say house. More of an investment than mods. You will never get a the return out of the car. If houses do anything in PA like they did is Az, buy a house if the market is low. Our houses here have over doubled in value in a little over a year.

I think those are two things that aren't even close on the scale of comparison. Mods or house? jeebus...unless she's talking about a 15x15 shanty thats shouldn't even be a choice.

if she wants the house she should buy it.
your money, you do what you want with it, if she wants a house tell her to get a job and buy one.

i say its not her decision but ya like everyone else here says, the house is probably the better buy. housing prices are going up like crazy and your car loses $5000 of its value the second you drive it off the lot.

Dude, there is no reason you can't have both. Buy the house first and get them to throw in a little 'home improvement' money. I'm a mortgage broker by trade and I do this all the time for people. If ya need any help or have questions drop me a PM or e-mail.

I didnt even read this post easy answer HOUSE......

I just bought a house and realize that the car will not be running 12's this summer because of it... still have money for stg2 though

so for the reason why

House builds equity vs car losing money everyday
House keeps wife vs car with you alone doing 1/4 runs
House keeps you warm and cozy vs car keeps you warm and cozy for maybe hr long stretches
House can have parties vs go to a party in your car and then wreck it on the way back

If you don't get the house you might find yourself living in your car.

get a house if you can afford it and have wheels, to hell with mods for the time being

modding our cars is just our way of whipping our penises out and measuring them.
i mod my car so i am included in this category.
