not sure if I mentioned this, but i dont think its gonna fit, the Cobalt is pretty tight where that headers primaries go....you got the firewall and padding that protrudes on the passenger side, and youve got the a/c hose on the drivers side. It will be cool if it works, but I can see it being a nightmare to fit.

yeah i dont have the padding i tool it off when i was working on my turbo build, got rid of it, it got torn to **** when i was fitting the manifold on the header and the turbo on the mani, and the AC i dont think will be in the way right now what im more worried about it the big as water hose thing in the back on our engine, i think the header might hit it...im still waiting to see if the seller can get me some specs ont he damn thing, if they dont get back at me im not buying it,i need measurements

Contact Weapon, the Tsudo is just a WeaponR clone, maybe Weapon can give you numbers.

will do, right now

rear the whole thread, since we're talking about headers i think his setup sounded very raspy and he knows it, i'm still going to try my luck and the combo but i'm not expecting better results, it's just another reason to stay off the throttle

if you dont wants rasp i suggest you go a nother route :p b/c the only way to fight it is with either a stock muffler, no reccesary the cobalt stock, u can mod any muffler to work, but it will be restrictive or by adding a cat, or you can add a resonator...i know mine sounds raspy when its cold, but once its warmed up, it sounds better

whats rong with it? i heard theres coolant line issues with the 2.2 but my 2.4 worked fine (the only reason it fucked my o2 up was because of the welding in on the cat it offset it)

the quality is unbelieveable for the price you cannot beat it
