I was wondering

Has anyone done the cats off zzperformance? on a 2.2? Iv got the 2.5 DP and looking to put these on Magnaflow - Catalytic Converters # can someone tell me if these will work on my car with the DP and not throw a CEL..thanks

ok cool..whats the difference in the metal and ceramic core..i read the details..just saws how its made..like would it be better with this one or the other? thanks

I have the ceramic core on my dp from them. It through a code until tuned. Honestly couldnt tell you the difference.

Ok cool..ya I talked with zoomer off the website..said it was a ses code until u reprogrammed the pcm..

I was looking into that also. Prob not much difference between the two flow wise, but weight maybe. Only flow difference would be with no-cat.

ya true..plus i could be wrong but the DP i got from zzp..looks shorter length wise then whats on there..but wont tell tell i get it up there..but the Cat i have to get welded is HUGE..lol so im hoping my shop can work some wonders...

I used to have the ceramic core one and popped a CEL with it

The metal core cat is even more free flowing so I'm 100% positive it will pop a CEL as well

ok cool thanks..ya my dumb self when getting the cat i have on now when ordering it, it said universal 2.25..so i thought ya it would work for that price..but come to find out there were applications i didn't check so...i threw a CEL but i have a anti foul on it now..but im going to be getting the DP and new cat put on then a tune when i get back from out of town..
