logs. Car is running so much better and has quite a bit more power all across the RPM
range. He tuned the car for 93 octane, removed PE delay and raised the rev limit to 7k.
It's like a night and day difference. If you haven't already gotten your car Trifecta tuned I
highly recommend it. Not only am I seeing increased power but my fuel mileage has gone
up a bit. Freakin kick ass! Vince is a great guy and answered all my questions in a timely
manner, great customer service. Anyway I'm just excited and wanted to tell some people
because my fiancee could care less lol.
Seeing that you guys have both had this done....how much does a tune cost? I have been semi thinking about it for awhile, but have not pursued it seriously. Cost and ease of completion would be the winning factors for me to do this, because it sounds like from your reaction it is well worth doing. Let me know man, because from your sig, it looks like we are in the same boat as far as performance wise, and it would be nice to see another increase! Glad to hear the results were good!
about 275. and install is wicked. they send you a little computer hand held and you plug it into the ecu for the car. simple as that. there are a few other little things you do but thats the most work
if you search you will find the thread of when trifecta first started tuning us...they have a dyno sheet on there....and you will see you get some good gains....alot more gains for the same price as buying a cold air intake....not only that better fuel milage....oh...i forgot to mention that he now has data logging so your tune will always be unique to your engine mods....and he can also dyno tune if you like...you just have to let him know in advance that your going to dyno tune and he will work with you as you send him the runs via email...he will perfect your tune
Yep it was definatly the best mod for the money. I dynoed 140 hp and 128 torque on a mustang dyno before my catback and the tune so I think 150 hp is very achievable. Hopefully I can convince my electrionics instructor to let me throw it back on the dyno.
I'm not positive but I thought I heard somone say they had their SS/SC tuned by trifecta. Check their website and see if it's supported.
Edit: I just checked and it doesn't say anything about supporting the SS/SC but it doesn't say they support the 2.2L cobalt either. Send them an e-mail and ask is all i can tell you.

would love to get mine tuned, but what would you say would have to be done for a tune to make a significant difference.
Example: Header, DP, catback exhaust, 2.4 intake manifold.
This is because all i have right now is GMPP intake. looking to get more done in the future ,but just wondering...ya know how it is
