Exclamation Ingalls Engine damper Problems for 2.2L

I just got my Ingalls engine damper through Gravana yesterday and I tried to install it. When i tried to make the smaller bracket line up with the motor mount bolts they didn't line up at all.

did you order the right one... i know it sounds stupid but ingalls needs to know if you are using the 2.2

I ordered it through Gravana and specified that I had a 2.2L. I'm thinking that maybe the Canadian model and the US model might be different bolt patterns.

Ingalls ONLY is designed for the 2.0 SS cobalt, not even the redlines! It fits, yes, but was not designed around this car. Atleast this is what Rob @ ingalls last stated they will not warranty any dampaner istalled on anything but the 2.0 SS Cobalt.

I have a 5 speed manual. I can't post the pics for some reason but if you check my profile they should be there.

burning noobs aside, i installed my ingalls on Clumsykx 06 2.2 and it fit perfectly. the only exception was the stock intake will not work with it, easily solved by installing any short ram style intake.

Josh: Have you sent photos of the bracket and the fitment issues to Ingalls. If not email photos to grant@ingallseng.com Make sure they are high resolution and show all angles you can show. Thanks Ingalls will take care of you.
