Internals

I know my engine is week inside, and hi hp output will blow stuff up,

so what do i need to change inside, and to what?

The weakest part of the 2.2 are the rods (good to mabey 250 hp ish). You can replace them with Eagle forged rods and if you want (recomended), Wiseco Forged Pistons with a reduced compression ratio from 10.1/1 to 8.9/1. If you plan to run alot of boost you will want to reduse your compression ratio to 8.9/1. If you plan to spray "N02" I would leave the compresion ratio alone at 10.1/1. While you have your engine apart it wouldnt hert to get a better head gasket and ARP performance head studs (to hold all that force in the block). After that internaly you would have strengthed your engin to handle up to 500 hp (thats when your crank will break.) O. And it wouldn't hurt to replace your cylinder sleeves from aluminum to stanless steel (so you will not blow a hole in the block).
