It'll throw codes but you won't be able to read them

you might fit in better over on "your cobalt .com" (take away spaces)

JDM on a cobalt = fail

shut up before I ban you for real... jdmwarehouse sells more then honda parts, it just so happens they have a CAI for the Cobalt and more then a few members have tried it out.

He simply wants to know if that specific intake will throw a code, answer him or GTFO

any intake can and will give a code at some point or another. if you're worried about a code, leave your cobalt stock. if it's not stock, you're almost guaranteed to get a code at some point.

::shocked look::

Srsly ryan i know what jdmwarehouse is, And the only thing they list for a non ss/sc is the intake i linked which i think we can agree is not the best choice. Plus i still think JDM parts on a chevy is retarded, I mean if its a honda or somthing and its REAL JDM parts then thats allot different, But knock off "JDM" parts on a American car?

who said it was a "knock off" JDM part? Are they supposed to go out and buy a new domain and set up a new website just so they can sell a couple parts for American cars? No that would be non-sense instead they keep there Companies name and just list the stupid repacked Ebay intake on there site and make some money.

Read the fine print guys, after you add a decent filter it's still a $100 intake.

Wow car guy thank you for your useless and demeaning comments you moron =].Dually noted Reign SS. and no my car is not stock 2.4 intake mani, GMPP Catback. what is wrong with JDM? a few of my buddys in town here drive 2.2's and have that exact same intake. and have had it for atleast a year or so. (asked them but they didnt THINK it through codes, trying to get as much input as possible). Please leave the wise ass comments to yourselves and focus on the topic please. Quit being ignorant.

Filters are 30-40 bucks here at autozone. so yes its a descent 100 dollar intake dude.
