Jet Performance Chip for the 2.2

Hey guys I myself have the jet performance chip and love it. It helped out not just with power but my mileage. I have the stage-2 10707S cant complain at all and works well with my dcsport header and tsudo exhaust and injen intake, I also threw the TWM performance shifter in there, they are the only one who make the shifter for the LS. TWMPerformance.com, the feel and throw of it are awesome.

>$160 to dyno around here and the auto isn't simple to dyno either. Been there -- don't want to waste my time and money again. I'd rather see dragstrip times anyway...now if I can ever make it to one.....

Not unless the chip turns your car into a hybrid.

I work at summit, thats just the way it sometimes with different companies... but most companies want more str8 from them then if you got it from someone that carries them like summit

cosmoracing.com also makes short shifters and its way cheaper and is for the Ls too.
there are a few ppl who have this and works the same as twm.

i thought cosmo was a shortened stock shifter with zero improvement in distance and a decrease in leverage ? :S

Personally, I put a Jet chip on my 2002 cavalier z24 when I had it. CORRECTLY installed mine you, it did help a bit in the higher rpm range, but it wasn't worth the trouble.

It had my idle all screwed up, sometimes i'd push in the clutch to slow down & the car would just stall out. Increased idle, same problem. All it took was one close call going around this REALLY tight turn and the car just shut off, lost power steering everything. Scared the holy ba-jesus out of me so I yanked it & sold for same price I paid . (like 269.99)
