Just Bought New Cobalt LS today, have a few questions on turbo kits
hi, im new to the forums. i just bought a 05 cobalt from the dealship with a body kit, dual exaust, and rims. Brand New 2 ,any ways how many differnt companys have turbo kits out for it. i know of one so far. thanks for your help

Haas was making one, then they went out of business.
Hahn is developing one.
Cavalier extreme is advertising one. They have a pretty long thread here on this forum.
RSM has a supercharger kit.
GM has a supercharger kit too, the same one that's on the SS but for the 2.2L engine.

yeah i will for sure post some pics. i pick the car up tomaro right after school. then i will have my gf take some pics on her digitale camera and send them to me on my comp. but i have no idea how to post pics. its an awsome lookin car. not bad for a 17 year old .
about the gm supercharger. is there somewhere i can find info on it. since its from GM it wont void the warrenty will it?

its arvial blue, razzi body kid with out their wing but the chevy one, same exaust that other pics have, and the wheels idk what they are, but they look nice

i talked to the dealership and they said it wont void the warrenty, he gave a price of 3300 installed with a new exaust 2. on a diff note pics will be up tonight if anyone cares lol

the Supercharger is only currently available for the 2002-2005 Cavy and Sunfire...it DOES NOT void warranty(its actually COVERED ) it should be noted there is currently no supercharger for 2.2 cobalts and that the s/c for the J body cars IS NOT intercooled in the kit...you would have to fabricate all the piping and a radiator and pump system....dyno result(very early runs) show 190hp at the wheels....about 10-20 less than the LSJ.
