Kinda Scared O_o

Honestly I'm kinda scared right now. I have so much temptation to buy more go faster mods for my balt but I dont want it to blow. Any suggestions on how much more this car can handle? What mods can I add and still be safe?

Current Mods are:
M62 SC,Injen CAI,OTTP 4THGen H/E,2.8 PULLIED, 60lb Injectors, 2.25 catback,Ingalls TD.

Automatic is stronger than the manual offered for your model. Granted there are guys out there running a good deal more toruqe than the "rated" number on wikipedia so its not exactly accurate. The F35 that the SS/SC and SS/TC have are only rated at 260ft/lbs but guys are running double that with no apparent troubles.

If you're serious about wanting to make more power though pick up a GenII block out from an LE5 or LNF motor, they're stronger blocks, not sure then the GenI block gives but it'll be sooner than a GenII.

Block is not the issue here, it the non-forged internals that will fail first.

Surprised you don't have a aftermarket exhaust mani or dp. The stock system is super restrictive.

Well then if you want to keep the m62 I would suggest getting rods, pistons, exhaust mani, dp, 2.6 or 2.7, dual pass, and meth or e85.

Heat is your biggest concern.

A few members of J-Body.org have gotten their stock 2.2L61's up to ~300whp on turbo set-ups.

How long will it last is another question tho.

Go genII block if you go forged, 418whp isnt enough.
