L61 Vs LAP

I've been wondering about this, stock for stock or modded equally the same which is quicker?

Is the only difference the 2.4 manifold on the LAP?

L61 > LAP. I also drove a 5-speed LAP, exact same options as when my L61 was stock, and, let me tell you, LAP = turd.

and to think, the cruze will be an ultra turd. the top model, a damn diesel, gets 150hp. the models under that are a joke, unless they plan on selling em 10g's a piece, they won't get any real sales off em.

I haven't driven an LAP, but I would rather have my L61 over it. The LAP gets it's max torque and HP at a higher RPM than the L61 plus it loses a bit on the low end cause of that.

My LAP was like a dog. I haven't driven an L61 so I can't make a comparison, but it was enough for me to add a SC at 4500 miles!

They're both dogs stock, so it is like which one is worse, really.

I have an l61 and my mom has a lap. I have a 2.4 mani, injen intake and a catback but no tune, so I'm basically stock speed/power. Both are autos, I notice a difference in the power band but neither one really amde me say, wow, faster
