This is just me, but I trust a company that makes good overall cars to buy my car (Chevrolet), but not to make exceptional individual parts. That's like going up to any doctor in the hospital and asking for an xray. 90% don't know how to run the xray machine!

The point I'm trying to make is that if there's a specialist for what you're trying to do, then you should talk to the specialist. GM makes cars. GMPP makes GM cars faster, but do they do as good a job as Magnaflow, AEM, Hahn, or anyone else you put on your car? I would have to imagine they don't do the best job.

I'm not talking trash on GMPP. They do some great work, but when I buy performance parts, I ask for dynos. GMPP won't release any and I couldn't find anything from them, so I went with someone else on my intake and exhaust. I'm just saying I can't trust it till I see it.

GMPP
aftermarket
anyone who shows me a dyno to prove their part is better

EDIT: Yes—I realize dynos can be fudged a little. Let's not turn this into a flaming match.

well, i went to the track last night to see if it gained me some better times...and they were closed. pissed me off , because it didnt rain or anything. i mean earlier in the morning it sprinkled for literally half a minute and stopped and cleared up. and usually they just dry the track and open..

i took off work this upcoming sunday to go to the track, but its supposed to rain, so who knows. god hates me.(wednesdays are my days off)

Your joking right? I don't mean to be disrespectful but that is like saying the GMPP Stage II kit won't make your car faster. I have to disagree with your statement. You should see some gains from the GMPP intake. The only real true way is to dyno before and after because every car is a little differant. Good luck.

Of course, I guess it doesn't really matter, since NASCAR no longer has any drivers with enough guts or talent to be worth watching...
Yep, thats right, nobody watches it anymore. Just every seat at ever track in the NEXTEL Series is sold, sometimes $300 a seat. And thats also whay its on TV EVERY weekend.

So I guess you are right "nobody" watches it anymore, and guess what, you nobody.

I'd like to see you drive a car at 200 mph and still say they have no guts.

Don't get your panties in a knot, kiddo. It wasn't directed at you or anything.

And when did I say that "nobody" watches it? I stated my opinion. I don't give a **** about anyone else's.

Guts- that's a relative term. Show me a driver today who could pull off the "Pass in the Grass" and not take himself out, let alone half the field. Wait a minute- do you know what the Pass in the Grass was??

Sheesh.
