i have an 05 ls and am gettin rims....is 42mm offsett ganna fit ok in my wherel well????? let mer kno

Not to be rude, but SEARCH, also, in the wheels and tires section there are a bazillion questions about this, and a bazillion answers!

most all civic rims will fit 42~mm offset and 7.5w should fit fine

Yeah, 42mm offset is what I have on mine and they fit fine. You should be good to go. Which rims do you plan on getting?
