I know its been asked many times but I seem to find ppl saying it will work and ppl saying it wont work so im trying to find out whether or not it will fit. I have a obx header as well so im trying to see if maybe it will fit with that or not

Not properly, an automatic downpipe is a different length than a manual one.

It will work but it will pull the exhaust 1-2" under the car and the exhaust piping will hit off of the bottom of the car and the downpipe will touch the front sway bar. I recommend not doing it though.

^^^ This, my 3" CTI DP is for a manual and it molests my FE5 sway bar pretty bad. It tapped like crazy on the FE1 bar so if you have a stock front sway you may be able to get away with it.
